Philly Cheese-Steak Lettuce Cups

What You’ll Need:
12 oz lean beef steak
1 1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. thinly sliced onions
4 slices fat-free American cheese
8 leaves romaine lettuce
Yellow squash
How To:
Slice meat into thin strips.
Coat medium pan with cooking spray and add mushrooms and onions. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until onions are slightly browned. Set aside.
Remove pan from heat, re-grease, and cook steak for a few minutes.
Break cheese slices into smaller strips and place on top of steaks while still in pan. Continue to cook until cheese melts.
Remove from heat, mix in veggies and serve on lettuce leaves.
Meanwhile, steam sliced yellow squash and serve sprinkled with salt and pepper.
