Stir Fry Ground Beef and Bell Peppers

What You’ll Need:
Coconut oil
1 large onion
1 lb lean ground beef
1 bag spinach
Black pepper
Chili powder
2 red bell peppers
How To:
Chop onion
Drizzle oil into pan and heat up to medium-high
Add onion and sauté
1-2 minutes
Add ground beef and spices and continue to sauté
Add spinach and stir fry until cooked through
Serve with sliced bell pepper on side
