Stir Fry Ground Beef and Bell Peppers

What You’ll Need:

  • Coconut oil

  • 1 large onion

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 1 bag spinach

  • Black pepper

  • Chili powder

  • 2 red bell peppers

How To:

  • Chop onion

  • Drizzle oil into pan and heat up to medium-high

  • Add onion and sauté

  • 1-2 minutes

  • Add ground beef and spices and continue to sauté

  • Add spinach and stir fry until cooked through

  • Serve with sliced bell pepper on side
